Customer-to-cash · B2B manufacturing and distribution
Revenue booked. Cash still late.
Proof of delivery, invoicing, deductions, credit holds and collections run as one flow. Your team still approves every write-off.
Got a cash bottleneck that costs you $1M or more, and you want it solved?
Where the cash goes quiet.
Receivables is where it shows. It’s rarely where it starts.

Every step has an owner.
Tap a stage.

- Check every invoice against the contract terms before it goes out.
- AI
- Explains each mismatch in plain language for billing.
- People

Start with one deduction reason code.
We baseline it with you, then measure the pilot against it.
Where it starts, and what to compare.
Finance, shared services, sales and supply chain each own a piece of this path.
- Quote-to-orderRFQs, quotes, orders and exceptions in one flow.
- Deductions and disputesResearch, decide, fix the cause.
- After ERP go-liveStabilize orders, invoices and cash.
- Deductions software or redesign? When a tool is enough, and when it isn’t.
- Manufacturers and distributorsOne order-to-cash flow across branches.
Five stages. You decide at every gate.
Diagnose
Map the process, owners, systems and today’s performance.
Redesign
Define the target process and who decides what: rules, AI or people.
Prove
Test one hard case, including what fails.
Integrate
Connect systems with monitoring, limits and rollback.
Operate
Train people, release by scope, review results against the baseline.

Questions buyers ask
Is this a collections tool?
No. Collections is where the problem shows. We redesign the whole path from contract to cash, including the upstream causes, so fewer items reach the queue.
Do you replace our ERP or deductions platform?
Usually not. We work around your systems of record. If a current platform or partner can close the gap inside an existing contract, that is often the better answer, and we say so.
Where does AI decide?
It does not make consequential decisions. Rules handle validations and known terms. AI helps with documents and correspondence. People keep authority over credit, concessions and write-offs.
What does the pilot prove?
One hard stage, such as one dispute category, inside a funded program: traceable decisions, permissions, failure handling and a measured change against a baseline. Not the whole offer and not a free build.
What does it cost?
There is no price on this site. Scope and investment are set after the call, against the size of the problem. We take on bottlenecks worth $1M or more.
Program detail
How results are measured
Every program is measured against your own baseline, set together in diagnosis: open deductions by reason code, days to resolve, write-offs, invoices on hold and DSO. The stage map above is our starting design; we test it against your real process before anything is built. If a platform you already pay for can close the gap inside its current contract, we tell you. One vendor-published deductions case, with its caveats, is discussed in the business case for operational transformation.
What fits
There is no price on this site. Scope and investment are set after the call, against the size of the problem, and agreed in a written statement of work. We take on bottlenecks worth $1M or more in cash, capacity or risk, with an executive owner on your side. That is a fit criterion, not a promised saving. A small standalone automation is a weak fit.
