Privacy statement
What this website actually does with data, described from its own code and configuration.
Effective date:
Who is responsible
Sembium LLC is responsible for the processing described here. Mailing address: 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Questions about privacy: andy@sembium.com.
What this site does not do
- No analytics or advertising scripts, and no tracking cookies.
- No accounts or logins.
- No forms: the site itself does not collect or store your name, contact details or answers.
- Fonts, images and the homepage film are served by this site itself. The only third-party resources are iClosed’s booking calendar and booking button (see below).
Booking a call with iClosed
Every “Book a 30-minute call” link opens the booking calendar of iClosed, Sembium’s scheduling provider, in a window on the page (a frame from app.iclosed.io). Without JavaScript the link opens the same calendar on iClosed’s site.
To make this work, your browser loads iClosed’s script and styles from app.iclosed.io shortly after the page has loaded, and the script prepares the calendar in a hidden frame so it opens quickly. iClosed receives the usual technical data from your browser, such as your IP address and the page address. From that point iClosed’s own terms and privacy statement also apply, and its calendar can use iClosed’s own security and analytics tools.
- You enter your name, email address and the answers iClosed asks for, including its qualification questions, in iClosed’s own form. Qualification happens there.
- This site passes no answers or other data to iClosed, and it does not receive your booking, your answers or booking status from iClosed.
- iClosed sends the confirmation and a calendar invitation with a Google Meet link. Google processes meeting data when you join the call.
- Andy de Wit receives the booking in iClosed and in his calendar: your contact details, the chosen time and your answers. They are used to prepare and hold the call and any follow-up you agree to.
The booking button (iClosed Lift)
Pages also show a small booking button from iClosed. To show it, the same iClosed script loads the React library from cdn.jsdelivr.net, which also receives the usual technical data from your browser.
The button fetches its settings from iClosed and reports to iClosed when it is shown and opened. It keeps a few entries for this in your browser’s local and session storage. It sets no cookies on this site. It opens the same iClosed booking calendar.
Server logs
The site’s server code writes only fixed event names to its logs, never IP addresses, answers or tokens.
If you email andy@sembium.com, we receive your email address and your message and use them to reply.
Hosting: Cloudflare
The site runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the site.
Where data is processed
Sembium LLC is a United States company. Cloudflare, iClosed, jsDelivr and Google may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long data is kept
- Booking details in iClosed and the calendar: as long as needed for the call and any follow-up you agree to, and deleted on request.
- Email: as long as needed to handle your question.
- Records of the earlier on-site fit check (until 16 October 2026; budget range, timing and language, no name or email address): deleted automatically, at the latest about 24 hours after their 30-minute validity ended.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, such as the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To use these rights, email andy@sembium.com.
Changes
When the way this site handles data changes, this statement is updated and the effective date above changes with it.
